CLEARANCE - FRITZ TRAINER - Rock Solid with the QueenÊŒs Indian Defence
The Queenâs Indian Defence is a well-known opening for black and has remained popular and mainstream at the top level for well over a century. It has the reputation of being solid and was used as a main weapon against 1.d4 by many strong players during the 1970s, including the ex-World Champion Anatoly Karpov. Openings like the Queenâs Indian will never be refuted and can be used throughout oneâs chess career. Personally, I have had great results with the Queenâs Indian and I continue to use it often.
In this video course weâll have a look at the Queenâs Indian after 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 b6. Weâll explore the ins and outs of the possible White setups against this rock-solid opening. Instead of learning forcing lines, the Queenâs Indian is about plans and ideas which make it easy to remember. Letâs deep dive into what I consider to be the most solid lines, and be prepared to play The Queenâs Indian in your own games!
